The sub-group has been set up with the support of NHS Grampian.

Aspirations for the new sub-group include:
•  Learning and sharing practice on the systems, processes and technology which help to measure the whole patient pathway from referral to treatment

• Sharing experiences on the support considered most useful for service improvement and service redesign.

The sub-group will be facilitated by Hannah Findlay of NHS Grampian. Hannah is part of a team whose responsibility is to drive changes which transform the way services are organised in the North-East of Scotland , aiming for patient centred high quality healthcare and a positive, empowered organisational culture.
